Fall Session 2026 dates are September 1 - December 23, 2026.

All costs are subject to a $13% HST. An annual registration fee of $60 is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year.

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING

Introduction to front tucks, front and back handsprings and trampoline various intermediate trampoline sequences. Some light conditioning and stretching is present.  Some gymnastics experience is advised. 

Beginner 7+ YRS

 Monday: 7:30 - 9:00

Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:30

Thursday: 5:30 - 7:00 / 7:00 - 8:30

 Saturday: 1:00 - 2:30

intermediate 7+ YRS

Thursday: 7:00 - 8:30
