The Spring Session is 14 weeks long and will run from Friday, April 3nd until Thursday, July 2nd, 2026.

All costs are subject to a 13% HST. $70 annual registration fee is applicable to all new members for a period starting September 1 and ending August 31 of each calendar year. 

Novice Girls

Intensive focus on stretching, handstands and specific conditioning. Skills of focus include cartwheels, round offs, front tucks, back handsprings, long hand swings, swings to handstand, and handstand holds.

NOVICE

Tuesday: 4:30 - 6:30 / 6:30-8:30

Thursday: 4:30 - 6:30 / 6:30-8:30
