Spartan Warrior

We are excited to announce our new program, Spartan Ninja. This program is intended to be both recreational and competitive in nature for children ages 6+. Focus will be made on conditioning and development of swinging technique, upper arm strength, grip and core strength. Each class will entail a warm-up, extensive conditioning and skill based training in our custom build 4000 sqft Ninja-like obstacle course. The aim of this program is to provide our participants with technical training and conditioning necessary excel physically, as well as, opportunity to compete in an exciting Ninja Warrior platform.

Winter Session will run from January 2nd until Thursday April 2nd, 2026.

Spartan Ninja (6-8/9+Years) 2/3 Hour/week Program (twice a week)

Winter Schedule:

Tuesday 4:30-5:30 / 5:30-7:00

Thursday 4:30-5:30 / 5:30-7:00

Winter session 2026: 16.5 weeks

Cost: $1074/ $1312

Annual Registration and Insurance Fee: 60$
